HotLive is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Search for 'HotLive' or click the download buttons on our homepage.
Q. Is HotLive really free?
Yes! HotLive is free to download and watch. Optional in-app purchases, such as coins and virtual gifts, may be available.
Q. How do I report a video or user?
Tap the three-dot menu on any video or profile and select 'Report'. Our moderation team reviews submitted reports.
Q. How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Q. My video won't play. What should I do?
Check your internet connection, clear app cache (Settings → Storage → Clear Cache), or try reinstalling the app.
Q. How do I change my password?
Go to Settings → Security → Change Password. You'll receive a verification code via email.
