Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Policy

Our commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation across HotLive.

Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Our Commitment

  • HotLive is fully committed to protecting children from all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
  • We enforce a zero-tolerance policy: any content, behavior, or account that exploits or endangers children will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • This policy applies to all users, content, and features available on the HotLive platform.

2. Prohibited Content

  • Any form of sexual content involving minors (CSAM), including images, videos, text, illustrations, or animations.
  • Content that romanticizes, glorifies, or promotes sexual relationships with children.
  • Grooming attempts: communications intended to build a child's trust for the purpose of exploitation.
  • Content that facilitates child trafficking, child prostitution, or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
  • Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAE content on any platform.

3. Detection and Moderation

  • HotLive uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect CSAE content.
  • Content detected or reported as CSAE will be removed immediately, and offending accounts will be permanently suspended.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement authorities and child safety organizations to report violations in accordance with applicable law.
  • HotLive uses hash-matching technology, such as PhotoDNA, to detect known child sexual abuse material.

4. How to Report

  • Any user can report suspicious content using the 'Report' button available on each piece of content and user profile.
  • Reports may also be submitted directly using the safety contact below.
  • All reports are handled confidentially and reviewed within 24 hours.
  • Users who report CSAE content in good faith will not face negative consequences for submitting the report.

5. Protection of Young Users

  • HotLive is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
  • Users aged 13–17 are subject to additional controls designed to protect their privacy and safety.
  • Accounts identified as belonging to users below the minimum age will be deactivated immediately.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

  • HotLive reports CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline as required by law.
  • We actively coordinate with the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and the Indonesian National Police.
  • HotLive is committed to responding fully and promptly to official law enforcement requests related to CSAE cases.

7. Policy Updates

This policy is reviewed and updated periodically as threats and regulations evolve. Significant changes will be communicated to users through in-app notifications.
